Jeffrey Lingga Binangkit is a hardworking and dedicated Software Architect with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. He is currently working at Xendit as a Staff Software Engineer and Software Architect, where he is responsible for exploring, improving, and defining architectural best practices, directions, and adoption plans for the overall Xendit products. He also improves and maintains architecture-related metrics across product services, aligns product development teams towards adoption of Xendit architecture direction and Xendit best practices, and leverages engineering team knowledge through 1-1 sessions and knowledge sharing sessions. Jeffrey graduated with cum laude in Computer Science / Informatics from ITB and has a diverse range of skills and interests in IT. He has experience in website development (both front and back end), mobile application development, and game development. During his undergraduate studies, he worked on dozens of projects and took part-time jobs to increase his knowledge and fill his spare time. Jeffrey is a competitive person who has joined many competitions and won some of them. He loves working on projects with a team, reading (mostly history and news), watching sports, and hanging out with his friends. He has worked at Xendit for over 6 years, where he started as a Consulting Software Engineer and then moved up to Senior Software Engineer before his current role. As a Senior Software Engineer, Jeffrey was trusted by the company to build his own startup inside Xendit with full independence. He built his own team, did his own market research, decided what the next product they would release to their customers would be, and developed it themselves. He also designed his own product architecture, code standards, and technologies to be used for each product, which allowed him to learn many new things and become very excited about his role. Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Teknik Informatika (Computer Science) from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He has experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Mobile Developer, Backend Developer, and Research Scientist. With his diverse range of skills and experience, Jeffrey is a valuable asset to any team.
